3 Month Old Joomla error in NIN Kaltura Demo: Same

I have been getting the same error when trying to remix videos in my Kaltura CDN. No one has helped, and basically blamed it on one thing or another.
The ERROR is this:
LoadEntryMRCommand ==> fault, load show/entry faild please try again later...

Check it out here on my Joomla Site.... I was told my Template was the problem....

SAME ERROR:

I'm having the same issue, not sure what its all about. I'll let you know if I find any solution.

Thanks for replying.. I have not yet given up on this either; it is just delaying us from adding the ability to remix media to our project. I will also let you know if I find a solution.
Let me ask you, have you run into a problem on the last step of "uploading a video".. When you finally get to the point where you select the color of the player [Light or Dark], and your upload is in a small player to the left of this drop down box. Are you able to select "OKAY" and advance to the next screen? we have not been able to "select' the 'okay' button. It is very strange, everything works fine [it even uploads the video to our Kaltura server. It is just not possible to advance past the final screen in the upload process.
I hope you are not experiencing this, but if so.. we are also looking for a solution to this problem too.

Hi,

Looking at your site, the embed code doesn't include an entryId to load - this is why the editor fails.. it doesn't get a valid kaltura entry to load.

In the flashvars it should state the entry id to load.
