Acquia Slate Theme Conflict

Hi,

I am using the Acquia Slate contributed theme provided by TNT themes for one of my websites. As soon as I add the Kaltura folder in my sites/all/modules directory, the theme gets all weird. There is the black footer at the bottom, and the dark grey background colour that automatically re-size depending on the size of the content. However, when I add the Kaltura folder, the black footer moves independently and does not take into account the size of the content.

Any suggestions to fix this would be greatly appreciated!
