All in one video pack doesn't work

Hi,

I have tried to get the all in one video pack plugin to work on my site on rapreply.com, but it doesn't work.

I also tried submitting a video comment on wordpress.kaltura.org ,but it doens't work. It says there is a Htttp 500 error.
