For your second question -
you can access the KMC at http://kaltura.com/kmc , login with your partner email and password that you were given when you installed the WordPress plugin, under Content, go to Playlist and create a new playlist there.
Use the embed code to place the playlist on your site.

Regarding the first question -
It seems that you're loading all of the blog assets from a different URL which might cause a cross-domain-scripting, that may result in the AJAX not calling.. and you do get the following warning (using FireBug) -
"Security Error: Content at http://szet.eu/ may not load data from http://www.smg.hu/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/ajax_get_video_posts.php."
Make sure that the blog host is the same as the url you browse to.

Can I change the ratio of the player and playlist? I prefer the movie player bigger and the thumbnails list much smaller. I tried to resize the the whole thing but the player got smaller and the list portion stayed the same : (

Changing the size of the player - we will release an App studio in a short while, in which this feature will be available.
Optimizing the speed - just have the "regular" advice - internet connection, videos length, etc.
Ratio - in the upcoming release of the new version of the plugin, we will also have a 16:9 feature. For other ratio changes, you will have to wait for the App studio...

Thank you. My last question: how about the sidebar widget? Have you been doing any development on the that? Can it be look like this playlist widget except the video player shows up in the middle section (body) of the page?
