any way to access a video without KS token ?

In my OpenX Ads server I have to specify the URL of the Ads video clip (HTTP or RMTP) where the AdStreamer plugin of FlowPlayer will go to get it...
it runs well with a standard video repository without any token § I am using Wowza streamer)..
but
if I want to store my video ads in Kaltura, I need a KS ...
or is there any way to access the entryId without any KS ? (only with the partnerID)
