API conversionQuality ?FFMPEG tweak?

How do you reduce quality on importation of a video? In the API docs under media entry there is a flag ---(conversionQuality Override the default conversion quality )? Once I create the conversion profile how do I utilize it? What is passed to the conversionQuality? (how do I go about creating a conversion profile?)
and, where can I tweak the FFMPEG params?

Hi Jeff,

There is a (Set h64 in kalturaCE) that explains how to set the conversion profile settings on your CE.
In the guide the used example is for enabling h264 conversions, but it will apply to any set of ffmpeg conversion string.
