Auto cut video when upload

Hi all kaltura experts

I 'm trying to do bellow function but not find solution yet.
I want to create an module that when i upload a video, this module will automatically cut my video to 2 video(chapter1, chapter2 ...). but i can not find service that cut video in http://www.kaltura.com/api_v3/testmeDoc/index.php. So if any body has experience about cut video, please share it to me.
