Auto enable comments

Hello everyone, i was wondering if there was anyway to auto enable comments for videos with the drupal kaltura module. Also is it possible to disable photos and audio uploading and just use the module for videos? I am not using the CE edition of kaltura. Thanks for all help in advance :)
