Blank page appear soon as press Begin installation

Hi,
I am seeking for advice I am quite new for this site I am trying to install KalturaCE on my server its not responding soon as click the begin to install button pointing to prepare_install.php not displaying anything.
I spoke to my server technicians they told me server is configured for KalturaCE requirements.
