I had started out with a test account for Kaltura, and it was working just fine. I had my client set up their own Kaltura account, and when I try to input their information into the module (Server Integration Settings=>Partner Info), it does not stick. I input it, and submit, and only the partner ID sticks, which then throws an error, because it does not match the email and password now. I tested this on another site, on another server with Kaltura module installed and I am able to reproduce it.
I've written to Kaltura and gotten 1 sentence replies about clearing cache (which has been done in the browser and drupal). I've asked them if they can reproduce the error, no response.
I've also cleared all the DB caches via phpMyAdmin, manually.
The info I wish to switch is:
Partner ID (this does change)
Email
Password
Within the Kaltura Module=>Server Integration Settings=>Partner Info. It just will not allow me to actually change this info.
Please let me know if the solution I suggested works, and in case it does, I would be grateful if you could post it here for the benefit of our community.
