BUG - Moodle 2.3 fails to embed CE v4 embeds properly

When we were on moodle 2.1, I setup CE4 and found that with the HTML5 enabled (either in the plugin, or when embedding the videos using the KMC-generated code) they were displaying on iOS devices. Moodle 2.3 seems to to do something which breaks this code (I checked on 2.2 and that is fine).
When the new moodle plugin with 2.3 support for uploads comes out, I really hope this will be fixed. As it is, I'm having to make the HTML5 embed code for each video go onto its own HTML page then use an iframe to include that in moodle.
