Building KDP3

I wonder how to check my build of KDP3. I followed the instructions at http://www.kaltura.org/setting-kdp-flash-builder-4 until the "Build project" point which presented me with an "File not found: C:\xampp\htdocs\docs\kdp3.html" error (or something similar). I then set the output directory to /html_template as there is a kdp3.html. Launching works now, though I only get an empty gray Flash object that says "Loading...".
How can I get this to work? I'm on trunk.
