Cannot see the lightbox to upload files

Hi all,

We've installed kaltura and we cannot see the lightbox. We just see parts of it so it is impossible to upload files. I've tried resizing the lightbox but nothing helps. Screenshot is attached.

Please help! We love this plug in and if it doesn't work we'll have to uninstall it.
