Can't View or Upload videos from WP 2.9.2

Hi all,

I install the All in One Video Pack to my wp 2.9.2, i can register with my partner id.

1. when i tried to add videos from my exist library to the post, when i view my post, it's a empty player with nothing in it. and here's what it generated when i use my html tab of my post:

[kaltura-widget wid="" width="400" height="365" addpermission="" editpermission="" /]

i seems not to have any information of the video i added.

2. when i tried to upload a video from wp, it shows up the upload screen perfectly, but when i add it into the post and view it, it's a empty player like problem 1. when i log into the kaltura console from kaltura's page, the uploaded video is not there, which means it lost somewhere.

can anyone give me some hints on this?
