I keep getting this error whenever I try to delete content from the kmc. The items are deleted, but the content tab still lists them (even though the status is "deleted"). Any ideas as to how I can resolve the error, and also how to have a cleared, refreshed content page in the kmc?

Just to add (there's no edit facility for new topics?): the same thing happens if I try to delete (for instance) failed tasks from the Batch Processor Control using my admin access to the admin_console...
