If you are experiencing problems while integrating your web application with Kaltura API client library, please pay attention to the following points:
- Make sure you downloaded the Kaltura API client in the programming language relevant to your web application
- Make sure you downloaded the correct versionof the Kaltura API client. Please look at the version compliancy information section in the integration guide of the relevant widget/application you are integrating with. Please note that at certain times, not all Kaltura widgets are using the same version of the Kaltura API client.
- Make sure you downloaded the Kaltura API client to a location that is accessible to your web application scripts and that your include statement within your scripts, includes the exact path of this location
