Contribution wizard customization

i want to use contribution wizard widget for my application.My requirement is to customize it. I have downloaded kcw_v1.5.2 Flex version. When i run the code, it says "services configuration could not be retrieved". For running the project what are all configurations i have to done.Please explain me the step by step procedure for doing this.No proper documentation is available for this.
Please help me.
