Hello,

The files I upload to the server never convert? Any suggestions? I am attaching a screen shot.

Wow, thank you IdoSet! I light just flickered on. I am trying to use an AVI file that uses an Xvid format. And Kaltura does not support Xvid/Divx out of the box.

I will verify and post a follow up.

The Xvid format was causing the pre-installed version of FFMPEG to fail. Hence, the video never converted.
