Customize aio produced code

Hi! This is my little request that I believe would be a big enhancement:
An option to have aio produce the same code as the one to be copy/pasted from the kmc dashboard.
Here's why: I'm using a timeline plugin on my wp site which pops up a floating window (like highslide) when you click on an article title. Unfortunately it doesn't read wp shortcodes and doesn't embed kaltura player unless I replace the shortcode with the full embed code.
You can see what I mean on my site: www.librinfo74.fr (the site is in french, the timeline is accesed by clicking "chronologie" below the site's logo. Articles before the 21st of june use the full code).
I believe it would help people who use such plugins.
