developer wanted: register new user page, KCW, and Kaltura CE customizations

Summary:
I am looking for an experienced Kaltura CE developer who can complete our Kaltura CE customization tasks:
Kaltura CE 4 is already installed on Amazon.

We don't want our users to have the full set of access to Kaltura. We only need users to be able to:
1) Register for a new account
2) Login to Submit video contributions
3) Login to View the videos they've contributed.

I am open to accomplishing this work one of two ways. We can either 1) remove all the extraneous functionality from our KMC, or 2) use a CMS like WordPress and only create the 3 functions we need. Please review this request and give me your suggestions.

If we use the existing KMC, following are the tasks I believe have to be done:

Scope of Work:
1) Add a "Register new user" page (like http://www.kaltura.org/user/register?sorucepage=/). This should result in sending the user an email confirmation. This will be accessed from a "Register" link on our TripTV.com page.
2) Add a Kaltura Contribution Wizard (KCW) into a front-end New Video Post Form designed for Users to post video clips to the website. This will go in our TripTV.com site.
3) Customizing the Kaltura Contribution Wizard (KCW)
a) Remove the Audio & Image tab.
d) Customize the KCW itself, i.e., customizing the styles, tab bg colors etc. to match TripTV theme
4) Establish a connection between the KCW and Amazon EC2/S3 account
a) when a User submits a video clip via the KCW, the video clip should be sent to the Kaltura encoding engine on Amazon.
5) Customize the Kaltura CE Management Console
a) remove "quickstart guide" from sign in page
b) change Kaltura logo to TripTV logo
c) change color scheme to match TripTV color theme
d) Change "Dashboard" tab to "Upload" and remove all functions except "Upload Content" (Import Content / Upload Content)
e) remove tabs: Studio, Analytics, Administration
f) on Settings tab, remove Integration Settings, Access Control, Transcode Settings, Custom Data, Account Upgrade
g) on Settings | My User Settings, change "Change KMC Password" to "Change Password"
h) on Content tab, remove "Plays" and "Publish" columns
i) on Content tab, remove Tags, Add Playlist, More Actions
j) on Content tab | Edit Entry, remove Embed code, Scheduling, Flavors, Mixes, Custom Data, Distribution
6) Remove the "help" question mark on all pages
7) when logged in, remove the "Quickstart Guide", and "Support" links on the username flyout (next to "logout")
8) fix the URL to show our domain name instead of the EC2 public name.

Please provide a summary of your experience/qualifications with Kaltura CE v3/v4 setup and development and a fixed-price bid to complete the above work. Specify which approach you would suggest (KMC or WordPress).
