Does KalturaCE contain a streaming solution?

Hi,

I read the KalturaCE main page (http://www.kaltura.org/project/kalturaCE) and the Getting Started Guide (http://www.kaltura.org/kalturace-kaltura-community-edition-getting-started-guide) but I still cannot understand one simple thing:

Does the KalturaCE contain a streaming solution?

In other words, do I understand correctly that, as soon as I've downloaded and deployed the KalturaCE server and uploaded my video files there, I'm able to setup the player component to work with my KalturaCE server and start embedding it into the web pages for showing my videos?

Or do I have to install some separate 3rd-party streaming server (Wowza, Red5, etc.) to be able to do that?
