dont see my videos on iphone/ipad

i can see the player, the player is displayed, but videos dont play. it says "no source video was found"... my videos are all in mp4 format

You appear to lack mobile flavors for those videos.

Notice a query for your asset:

Lacks mobile flavours tagged with iPhone, iPad iPhoneNew, iPadNew etc. If you contact kaltura support they should be able to help you add those flavours if they are not already included in your account.
