Hi all.
I have a problem downloading any video from my account.
Here is the scenario.
1) I log in using my admin account.
2) I select an arbitrary video to download.
3) I get a popup telling me to wait till the processing finish and it will send me a link.
Unfortunately I don't receive any email.
I tried to look into the server file system for the processed file, but i couldn't locate it.
Note: In the system status, the mail service is up and running.
If anyone knows what can cause this problem, I'd be thankful
On some email accounts these emails are recognized as spam, and therefore would be found in the spam folder.
Similar problem here.
When logged into KMC and trying to download a video, get a message saying "We are processing you download request. Once conversions of files are completed a download link will be sent to undefined."
Is there any way to set the email address the download link is sent to?
Change your email under the "account" tab.
