"a download link will be sent to undefined" when trying to download a video (and email is never received)

Description

When I ask to download an entry, I get: "We are processing you download request. Once conversion of files are completed a download link will be sent to undefined." And I never receive the actual download link.

Please see screenshot, which is from the hosted version of Kaltura.com but I have seen the same problem on CE.

Also, the text could be modified to be: "We are processing your download request. Once conversion of files are completed, a download link will be sent to

" [of course, use the real email :-)]
