Download the video remix as singe file

How we can download the video remix as singe file.

I tried to download the remix from kaltura console and told me that i'll receive email after the process is done.

I didn't receive any thing after long time.
How to track the process.
Is there another way other email notification.

Notes:
there are no activities found any were (log, email, independent process, . . . ).
I'm using kalturaCE.
Test with many videos remix.
All server's services are running, except this service(batchBulkUpload) it always stopped, even i started it stopping automatically.

I found the following two lines in the log file 'batchDownloadVideoServer.log' on kaltura server after send a click on down load request.

{3538024} DVS: [0] indicator in directory [/usr/local/kalturaCE/conversions/download_res]
{3537992} DVS: Ended conversion. sleeping for a while (1 seconds). Will write to the log in (10) seconds

the previous lines are repeated for ever every 10 seconds.
