Drupal module doesn't seem to display videos from your hosted KMC

I submitted a support request but haven't heard anything for a while so I thought I'd post here.

I installed the Drupal Kaltura module with the intention of connecting it to the hosted Kaltura distribution network. I've entered the appropriate keys and so forth, it all connects up fine, and lets me add new videos to my content types with a video field, and the videos that are uploaded appear in the KMC just fine.

The problem lies in viewing the items once uploaded. The thumbnails it tries to link to on your service do not exist - as an example, http://www.kaltura.com/p/149312/sp/14931200/thumbnail/entry_id/0_h07pze9... .

On the node view the video player loads, but what I assume is to be a thumbnail of the video does not display, nor does the video play if you click on the play button.

I'm not sure if I've done something wrong here, as far as I can tell I've followed the instructions for configuring the package, everything works fine in getting the video up to the hosted service, it's just retrieving it and displaying it that doesn't seem to work.
