Entry Duration always zero

I have setup kalturace with drupal and everything is fine from uploads to player load and conversion. and also the notfications are working properly.

But I am facing problem in the metadata of the item uploaded to kaltura. Whatever a video or an audio I upload from my drupal setup the duration of video / audio is shown zero in drupal.

However in KMC i can see the correct duration and number of plays counted correctly but its not been updated in drupal.

Actually I want to use the most popular / recent video view which comes with drupal all in one... but the Fields,
Kalture_item_duration shows 0 always. Infact its zero in the drupal database.

Your help is much appreciated that where I look for to solve my problem.
