Error on node/add/kaltura-entry: "Services configuration could not been retrieved"

One of our users reported seeing the error message "Services configuration could not been retrieved!" on the Kaltura Contribution Wizard when adding a Kaltura media node (node/add/kaltura-entry)

See screenshot. (It's also good if the incorrect grammar of the error message can be corrected).

Hi,

Do you use Kaltura.com or your own hosted KalturaCE?
Can you share a URL?

Hi, I might be having the same problem. We are using KalturaCE and without any changes to Drupal or KalturaCE , we are not able to create any kaltura media nodes. The contribution wizard does not appear. It was working OK at first. Clicking on ADD Kaltura Media Node takes you directly to drupal´s node creation page. I checked for javascript errors but nothing pops up.

I am running sakai 2.6.3. When I click on "Upload New media", I get the message "Services configuration could not been retrieved"
I am using Kaltura CE version 2.0.2. My own Kaltura server.

Please help.
