FAQ (All in One Video Module) - Please read this first.

1. I get a crossdomain error. What am I doing wrong?
If you look in the README file, one of the steps in the installation of the module is copying the crossdomain.xml file to the root of your domain – this is required in order to connect between the Kaltura components and Drupal's.

2. Where can I find a tutorial and documentation?

3. Do you offer more customization options for the module?
In order to get attractive customization options – for licensing agreements as well as functionalities and skinning, you are welcome to contact our business development department.

4. I am getting an 'Error sending notification' email from Kaltura. what does it mean?
This means that our server tried to post a notification to your server and failed (got a response that does not characterize an 'OK' response, or did not manage to access the URL at all). You are notified because this might have caused a video that was uploaded to Kaltura but did not create a local node on your drupal website, or similar results.
