  1. Where are the videos stored?
    The videos are stored on the Kaltura's servers. You are welcome to check out our community edition that lets you host all the content on your servers.

  2. What are the Plugin's specifications?
    The plugin's specifications can be found here . We are finalizing a full documentation

    The plugin is compatible with WordPress version 2.5 and up.

  3. How do I make sure I unpacked the plugin correctly?
    Make sure you follow the instructions specified in the readme file, and that you see those directories:
    wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/admin
    wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-video-pack/images

    and so forth.

  4. I can't complete the registration process. What am I doing wrong?
    Make sure you have your blog's name set through WordPress. it's a read only field in the plugin's settings page , and if it's not set the registration process can't be completed.

  5. Does the plugin support widescreen and HD?
    Currently no – but those formats will be supported In the future releases.

  6. Can I make multiple blogs with one account (partner ID)?
    Yes – but then they are interdependent. When a video is edited in one blog, it's also edited in the other.

  7. Does the plugin work with WorsPress MU?
    Yes – it's recommended that each users opens a different account, unless he/she wants the blog go be dependent on another blog as specified above.

  8. Do you offer customization options for this plugin?
