* update - a follow up, this is only happening using Google Chrome, worked fine in Firefox

Frank,

This is a JS issue that occurs on google chrome and safari browser.
It has nothing to do with the notice you get.

Please try the installation from either FF or IE7.

Could not run FFMPEG. FFMPEG is crucial for converting media to FlashVideo format. The system should be able to run the script located at:
C:\wamp\www\kalturaCE\/kaltura/bin/i386/ffmpeg - please make sure apache can run that script.

i am running windows

please help
