Frontend Joomla permissions

Hi Guys,

Im wondering if the Joomla integration has any configuration options? Looking through the component I could not find anything. It would be good to be able to allow a particular membership level such as 'registered' to upload and edit their own videos.

Also if I set up the Kaltura server on my main server will the same user be able to use it across websites, or just on the one site they are registered too?

Kaltura looks like an excellent tool, and I am looking at using it in some of my upcoming projects.

Thanks for the warm feedback, please contact me if you'd like to discuss any business ideas or collaborations.

This is a great idea about opening the demo sites for registered users to use the upload and administration mechanisms, we are working on this, since it requires a certain level of security audit and image restore it take a bit longer.

Regarding multiple sites, you should be able to use the plugin across all your sites. this however wasn't thoroughly tested, we'd love to have your feedback and ideas.

I would just like to echo the need that Paul mentioned in the earlier message to allow users to be able to upload videos themselves without having access to other admin features.

Sounds like it is being worked on but do you know when this might be available?
