How to add Kaltura Video button to TDO mini forms in Wordpress mu 2.7.1

TDO mini forms are plugin in wordpress. I am just trying to add Kaltura video button to that form. I read the forum in Kaltura community page http://www.kaltura.org/how-do-i-add-button in which you were also involved. I tried but not achieved success yet. Can you guide with that also. I will really appreciate your help.
