How count views,play form video,mixes in player,playlists ?

i have copy a html-code from review of an entry in an singleplayer , but when its playing extern ... nothing counts ... no loading/view , no play from movie

in player from from wordpress on sample-site ... this counts ...

how can i create a player in Aplication-Studio on kalturaCE with counting ?

wont nobody count his videos ?

no one needs statistic-data about views ?

After looking around the problem, i found these conclusions.

- Analytics dashboard is not included on the KalturaCE. However it is accesible via the API, and you can see the plays and player load on the kmc content menu.

- There are different versions of KDP, you could look at the ui_conf table to find out which one are you using, your KDP has a id which match with the id of the ui_conf table.

Same problem, Plays count is always 0 in Content section of kmc.
I'm using online kmc demo (at http://kaltura.com/kmc) also to create my player using the Application Studio, Playlist Template.
If i right click on the generated player it shows version 2.7.0.

Is there a way to make this customized player count the plays?
How did you manage to get a working version of the player?

We did these tests with KalturaCE, we never used the SAAS version. If you are using the SAAS version, you could reach Kaltura support team.
