How to fix log-off problem?

Hey cheers to kaltura team for such a good media interface. I am happy to use them on my website. Recently i have found one problem some time it's log off my user from site when i upload the video using kaltura upload wizard (KCW). can anybody tell the reason for this problem? how can i tackle this problem. Please help on this.

Hi and welcome!

I'm not sure I understand what exactly your problem is - you get logged out of your site when you upload a video? (How much time does it take you to upload a video?) Does it happen when you have a short uploading process (when you try to upload a photo, for example)?

Hi,

This problem i am facing is when first time user upload the video. normally it is big size video in MB's size. user upload finish properly but after upload when user navigates to other page session expires and user got log off from site.

i get the same problem, when I want to upload content. I get an error and the upload stop!
I try again several times without results. No indication about the error : bandwith, duration, format???
Which can be the size of the content would be a good indication. I have 1 GO content to upload.
If you have an answer?
