How to upload videos from KMC (Kaltura Management Console) using Test Console page.

Hi,
I have tried o upload video from KMC's TestConsole page where I have entered URL and other fields in upload from addFromUrl option but upload fails. What should i entered in KS(String textbox). please give sample steps to upload video from testConsole and if possible example of code which can be use to upload video from url. attached the screenshot of one.
