Hi there!

I am having a big trouble with kaltura...

First of all, installation guide and other guides should be comfortable for beginners. I mean to say, there are various young and new webmasters, for whom the given guides are bit difficult. Isn't there any step by step guide with details each. In installation guide, somewhere it says to have or configure something, but how to do and where to do that is not mentioned. It should be given for young webmasters who are totally new in this field and don't have much knowledge yet like me.

Hosting Type: Shared hosting
Operating system: Linux
Path to PERL: /usr/bin/perl
Server Name: pluto
MySQL version: 5.0.91-community
Apache version: 2.2.15
PHP version: 5.2.13

When I try to install it through webtechnobd.tk/mediagallery/install.php,
it show errors and warning messages.

And also I don't have idea about shell or ssh.

If anyone can help me how to install it with step by step details each (such as how and what to do or configure etc...), it will be really so much appreciated.

I am planning to create an online marketing scheme, business network as well as a social network. I will use kaltura on buddypress plugin of wordpress. My plan is big, but problem is that I am totally new in this field, so I need assistant or someone who can help me. Is there anyone?

I have been working with servers and CMS platforms from Joomla to Wordpress and I have never had to install any CMS platform via SSH. I am in the same boat as you, the install guide isn't very detailed. If some one can help it would be much appreciated. I don't know anything about Shell or SSH. Is it possible to use my FTP client Transmit 4 as GUI for SSH. Their site says it supports SSH however I am completely lost.
