If I create a module (using Flex), how do I push it to the server?

I'd like to take a crack at writing a new module using Flex (not the Flash wrapper). How would I go about pushing that to the server so it can be loaded? And how do I customize it using uiConf? I don't need a full explanation, just a pointer to the right document, because I can't seem to find the info anywhere. :-/
