Does anyone know if Kaltura is supporting "IMS common cartridge learning object standard"?

How it will be use in Kaltura, here is one example. If Kaltura could ingest a video file compatible with CC, instructors would be able to manage that file in different learning management systems like Blackboard, Moodle. They would be able to trace who clicked the file, how long did he watch etc.
