This is weird, when I install KalturaCE in the root of the website folder, it adds the full directory path to the domain name. IE, if the domain name is http://domain.com, it looks like http://domain.com/var/www/clients/client1/web8/web. This happens in kConf.php and other places (that I cannot find to resolve). But if I leave it in the kalturaCE subfolder in root, it installs fine (http://domain.com/kalturaCE)?
I can edit kConf.php to remove the extra in the config file, but there must be some other locations where this is pulling because when viewing one of the sample videos, I get the following message: "SKIN LOADING ERRORUnable to load style(Error #2035): http://domain.com/var/www/clients/client1/web8/web/content/uiconf/kaltura/appstudio/v.1/kdp_skin_aps_v2.swf.".
Also, when clicking on the Server link at the top, I also get the message "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/clients/client1/web8/web/kaltura/alpha/apps/kaltura/lib/batch/batchStatus.class.php on line 283".
So any other locations that I need to edit to point it properly to my URL?
Thanks,
Corey
Just posting an update, I ran run_replace_root.sh in the shell and it took care of the first issue mentioned. I have submitted a bunch of videos now and just waiting for them to process.
I still have this message though "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/clients/client1/web8/web/kaltura/alpha/apps/kaltura/lib/batch/batchStatus.class.php on line 283". But it is only on System Status page.
Here is some info:
PHP version, server type, server config., PHP config, log files, ect... make sure to edit out any sensitive info
PHP v 5.2.10-2ubuntu6.4 w/ Sohosin-Patch 0.9.7
Ubuntu 9.10 x64 Server
I will post logs a little bit later. The only thing I did outside of a standard Ubuntu LAMP server, was follow the Perfect Server guide up on HowtoForge.net for Ubuntu and installed ISPConfig 3.
Sorry, no answer... Just to up the subject.
Same problem here. Everything installed just fine (ALL green check marks).
Can run batch processes by hand and everything works but everytime I log back in all batches are down.
Could it be a cron job issue?
PS: I didn't have the choice to use directadmin on my server and it creates a symlink for the public_html folder if that's any clue...
