Issue with version 1.5.23, ResourceLoader.php

It seems that ResourceLoader.php has a javascript bug that is preventing the video from playing in some cases. I don't see it happen on the demo HTML5 page, but it does appear to occur on the following html5video.org page.

It also happens on my instance of the HTML5 kaltura player. I'm running on JQuery 1.6.x.
