is it garbage ? howto clean it ..

All uploads and conversion done... there are still some ongoing batch processes... (see attachment)

batchDownloadVideoServer in process : 2 (??)
newBatchConvertClient in queue : 1 in process : 3 (??)
newBatchConvertServer in queue : 1 in process 1 (??)

is ther any way to get it clean ?
I tried :
kaltura/alpha/crond/kaltura/clear_cache.sh
and
kaltura/alpha/crond/kaltura/delete_old_content.sh

but no change, still there...

any clue ?
