Hi,
I am using the flexx theme from ithemes. I am able to add video comments when I am signed in under "admin". When I sign out to see if visitors would be able to add video comments , they can't. I get an error message.
The sidebar widget is not displaying properly. A white box with a red x shows up.a
Also, I tried uploading a picture in the comments section and this did not work either.
thanks
Thanks, we'll check it out.
It only happens when using the flexx theme? Do you see the same error with the default theme?
i'm getting the same error using the WP default theme:
"Fatal error: Class 'KalturaModel' not found in ..." when i try to add a video comment.
it appears to be working if i'm logged in as administrator or editor. the error is returned for unregistered users, and any logged in user with a permission level less than editor. permissions bug perhaps?
plugin settings:
edit video = Everybody
add video = Everybody
Enable video comments = true
Allow anonymous video comments = true
sure would appreciate any help here including suggestions for a temporary permissions hack until this gets fixed.
many thanks!
bodhi :)
