Joomla - Kaltura Error

After:
1- Uploading
2) Naming and adding tags.... then you get to:
3) Where you pick "Light or Dark" and name the video. Well when selecting "OK' to end the process; it will not advance. You can Click the "ok"I tired it in: Chrome, Firefox and Safari (not IE though).
Does anyone know what is causing this or has anyone else experienced it?

Hi,
It seems to be an issue with the theme your using. if you use firebug, you'll notice that the following error is thrown when clicking ok -
window.parent.jInsertEditorText(tag, "text");
It seem to be working well on the default Joomla theme, have you made changes to the js files or themes?

Let me change this to the original theme. I have not changed anything related to the theme. Just for the record, I have tried this with multiple themes (probably 3, non the original..) but the same error is consistent. If 'persay' this is the error is there a way to change the theme in that code that you referenced to make it work properly?
Thanks for replying I really have been trying to get this to work for a very long time.

I reset the template to the original, and then tried to "Add Video>Finish" and the "OK" button still does not work. I apologize for being such a pain, but this is really just beyond frustrating.
I would be happy to give you a Administrator account to my Joomla account if you would like to look at the backend and do whatever you please to try to fix it.
One thing I feel like my be a source of this problem is... After you ad the video, where would it show up on the Joomla page? I have not designated a page other than for the Kaltura Upload. So after someone were to upload (Such as if I had a place were users could blog, but no page for the blog to post, such as it seems I seemingly have no place for the Kaltura Video to post... Would that not be a problem? Would the user who tried to submit that blog be able to push "submit".. Likewise?)
Could you please check out the site now.. It has the original Joomla template. And the same problem.

I started having a server problem as well, but I was using a proxy, and for some reason that was throwing things off. I'm wondering if this could also be affected in a similar way if you are using cloud hosting.
Well, I have received no help so I have been trying different servers. I have used the very best with latest PHP and mySQL... it is actually being hosted on a cloud server. I know there is NO SERVER PROBLEM, this is about the 5th server i've used and get the same error. It will not progress when clicking "OK" in the 'ad media' OR "FINISH" in the 'remix' option.
Can NO ONE help me figure out what the deal is, this is the tenth week of trying to get this to work.

This is absolutely insane... I have followed every guide, every tip... and nothing works. Please help.
