Joomla Ratings

Anyone know how to allow video ratings in Kaltura when you are using the Joomla extension?

Is it a plugin?
Configured in my Kaltura Manager?
I can get the indicators to come up on my player, but how can people actually rate my videos?

Anyone done this yet?
