Just stopped working

Have Drupal video module on our video contest site. All working just fine then on Monday can upload, see thumbnail, but when we press play we get nothing. Something happen. I see this in the forum a lot but now answers to the problem.

Check out www.movieswithamessage.org, latest video in Gallery is the one having problem.

Have tried different formats, file names, etc. Just has stopped connecting...

HELP PLEASE!
