Kaltura CE 4.0 Thumbnail Error (ImageMagick is installed)

Hi there!

I've installed the Kaltura 4.0CE platform on a Amazon EC2 server: everything is working, except the thumbnail handling. I checked and double checked if something is missing but can't find the problem here.. When I upload a video, there's no thumbnail displayed.. When I go to the KMC (content section), click on a video and then on Thumbnail Tab, Kaltura says it has grabbed a standard thumbnail.. Grabbing a random thumbnail in a video still doesn't work. Seems like Kaltura generates an empty link or something..

ImageMagick is installed..

Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem here? All help and suggestions are welcome..

I've just been installing Kaltura on an Amazon image too. I found this to be quite helpful - http://www.kaltura.org/anyone-got-ce-v40-working-ubuntu-1004-lucid

Also, note the need to rename a file before installing - http://www.kaltura.org/failed-replace-tokens-error-during-32bit-install-...

Although not a direct answer to your problem, maybe those threads have additional steps that you missed?
