Please read the System Requirements documentation available here http://www.kaltura.org/kaltura-community-edition-kalturace. It appears you are trying to install KalturaCE on a Windows box. KalturaCE only runs on *nix systems. Perhaps you should review the article http://www.kaltura.org/installing-kalturace-using-vmware-windows.
