Hello Kaltura Community,

I have recently became familiar with Kaltura through some tedious research and decided to deploy the CE for a client. I have spent the last 2 hours stuck at an early stage of installation with no where to turn. I am attempting to install Kaltura CE 2.0 on Plesk 8.6.0 (Media Temple DV3.5 to be specific) and I am getting stuck at the portion of the install where it asks for apachectl. I am entering the correct path to the file and no luck, I have even attempted to use a symbolic link to link to the apachectl. Any insight will be greatly appreciated my specs are below.

Plesk 8.6.0 DV3.5 on Media Temple
PHP 5.2.6
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)
MySQL 5.0.45

Thank you in advance!

I've got the same problem:

My apache2ctl is in the following direction: "usr/sbin/apache2ctl"

When I enter exactly this or anything else, i get the following response all the time:
---
The path you inserted is not valid. Please try again.
The full pathname to your Apache apachectl/apache2ctl file:
Examples:
/usr/bin/apachectl
/usr/bin/apache2ctl
/opt/lampp/bin/apachectl
sh: /which: No such file or directory
sh: /which: No such file or directory
----

I really don't know what to do. apache is installed correclty and works, i tested it but the installation script gives me the error msg all the time. really dissapointing :(
