kaltura drupal module rebuilt in custom modified KSE

Hi, we need to customize and add more functionnalities in the last version of KSE 2.1.2 (svn sources)
then export this application to use with the drupal module 6-x.1-4 (All in one video).
How can I integrate my modified KSE in the drupal module?
